I would appreciate if i could get some help regarding the use of a tv tuner. The device is an avertv hybrid volar m h830 tv tuner stick and i am using it since snow leopard osx without any major problems. The issue concerns its fuction after the el capitan update. The device is not recognized since the update. More specifically the device can be seen on system report under the usb device tree. However when i install the avermedia software i get a can not find the device message. I have done several actions like reseting ram, searching for updates or installing third party software but i am out of any solution. I use a late 2013 imac.
